This is the worst. I bought a $50 card and I had to go through a long process to verify who I am for what ? You didn't ask me to verify before making the purchase but after you took my money you did. I went back on the website to verify and all of a sudden the website is down. This is madness. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.
