Terrible company to buy from
Terrible company to buy from. Sent damaged goods that aren't even what I ordered! I bought two poufs, both the same item, but when they arrived both were completely different, and both had damage on them. Terrible customer service trying to deal with it. Wanted various pictures sent, which I did, then nothing from them at all. I tried to write an honest review on their own website like they asked, but after 5 times of trying and them rejecting my review, I gave up! Will never buy from this company again! I should have read the reviews first! Warning! Don't use La Redoute! Une entreprise terrible à laquelle on peut acheter. J'ai envoyé des marchandises endommagées qui ne sont même pas celles que j'avais commandées ! J'ai acheté deux poufs, tous deux du même article, mais à leur arrivée, ils étaient complètement différents et tous deux étaient endommagés. Un service client terrible qui essaie de s'en occuper. Je voulais qu'on m'envoie plusieurs photos, ce que j'ai fait, puis plus rien du tout. J'ai essayé d'écrire une critique honnête sur leur propre site web, comme ils me l'avaient demandé, mais après cinq tentatives et le rejet de ma critique, j'ai abandonné ! Je n'achèterai plus jamais de cette entreprise ! J'aurais dû lire les avis d'abord ! Attention ! N'utilisez pas La Redoute !
