Dave to the rescue!
There are not enough words to express how satisfying buying a product from such a great company is. From the first contact on the chat Forum from Dave, to the follow up phone call from Dave making sure that I had indeed ordered the correct product. Then you had a third email from him saying just give me a call with questions, and then he walked me through the final couple of steps that were confusing to me. Overall, their emails keeping you up-to-date the shipping confirmations and just a very personal touch they give should reassure anyone that this is the right purchase from the right place.
