Listed products often not available
Many products listed as "999pcs" in stock, are infact NOT in stock. You're able to buy gift cards, the site says you'll receive the code immediately, but even after waiting for 8 hours, and contacting the seller, no code is given. ~26 hours later, after the Sale i required the gift card for ended, i was refunded.
Now, this is not directly g2g's fault, as the seller is responsible - BUT - even 2 weeks after reaching out to g2g support, the seller is still able to advertise the product which he does NOT have, and never had (as the platform clearly shows 0 sales for this product). G2G's answer to this is basically "Your purchase has been refunded in Store Credits already", and closed the Ticket. No action against the Seller taken. And not even refunded to my original payment method (without even asking if i'm okay with store credits).
As i already explained in my support ticket, it CANNOT be in G2G's interest to sell items they don't have in stock, and refund a day later, causing customers a huge headache, blocking their funds for more than 24 hours, and likely making them never visit again.
And the thing that tilts me the most about this, i am unable to give the seller a negative review after i've been refunded, even though my experience was immensely negative, causing me to miss a sale.
What i expected after opening my support ticket was seeing action against this seller being taken, at the very least seeing this specific item being unlisted. Instead, nothing happened, and i received copy-pasted default answers by "Dylan Fa" and "Jovano H", telling me i was refunded and should basically shut up.

Hugely depends on the booster
Booked 5 games of duos.
I've had some great games with people from this platform, actually most of them were very good. There are amazing people on here, some of them playing like literal gods, some of them being legends at keeping the vibe alive.
Sadly, today's experience was none of that. I've tilted a bit in the past due to the booster named "Kalu", and today was no different. I've bought 5 games, waited for like 10 minutes, and then Kalu appeared. First game, lost, him being 1/10/1. Second game, a win, general team diff. Third game, once again lost (we both had a positive score tho). He didn't exactly flame, but spread a negative attitude, saying things like "can't win my lane anymore because you died here once" at like minute 10. I usually don't tilt too quickly, but when the person supposed to be mentoring me, and winning games for me, is never saying "wow great job", never complimenting, but always telling you what you did wrong, and never telling you what you should do instead next time, it really sucks. Especially when I pay for the service.
After the first 3 games, I requested another booster, waited for 20 minutes, and once again, Kalu pops up. We had a bit of a discussion of 20 minutes in the GGB chat, both explaining our viewpoints, and in the end decided to play the rest of the booked games. Basically, we decided not to chat at all until after the game, and I did not touch his lane once. 4th (first after requesting a new one) was a great win. 5th game a loss again (was a hard game tho, and botlane kinda sucked, still I think he should've been able to carry since I was pretty decent as well).
So, 3/5 games a loss, with a booster, while I didn't play too poorly. All that while not really being happy with the "coaching", being blamed for imo minor things.
Kalu is a decent guy when chatting with him on the platform tho. I'm sure he tries his best, and usually has a better winrate. This might've just been a very unlucky day. I'd still prefer other boosters in the future.
Sorry for the bad review, Kalu, but this is just what I'm feeling rn. Don't take it personally, I like you, but I despise playing with you.
TLDR;
3/5 games, costing ~12€, lost. Booster not encouraging, instead tilt-inducing. Maybe just unlucky. I expect better tho.
