This review is an update. Some months ago I posted a review with regards returning items and waiting for a refund...... I am still waiting 3 months later.... I have been continuously fobbed off and told that the package has not arrived with them yet. It was handed over to the delivery courier in Shanghai on the 2nd November!! I was told to contact Royal Mail to see what has happened and now they have sent me this message “Only after we receive your return package INTACT successfully, can we refund or exchange for you. If the parcel is lost /gets caught by Custom on the way to us, our Customer Service Team will NOT offer any compensation option.“ I cannot tell you how frustrating this has been. I have given them untold tracking information and proof that the parcel is there but they refuse to help... and I suspect I will never see my money. Please please please do not buy from this company.... the clothes are of a very poor quality and obviously the customer service is appalling.

I ordered a few items of clothing from…

I ordered a few items of clothing from this company on 26th July. I received and them returned all but one item by the 17th August. This was after them offering me multiple discounts not to send the items back. I declined their offer as the clothes were not to my liking, even for a discount. I paid £17 to return the items via Royal mail. After enquiring the status of my returns on the 24th September I was asked to send them proof of postage which I did. They said they could not see the picture clearly enough! I tracked the parcel and found that it was sitting in customs at their end and had been since the 5th September. I am still waiting and as of yesterday was told that it is still with customs.... please do not order internationally from this company as they do not have the capacity to deal with returns efficiently. I live in hope that I will see my money at some point.
