Great tools, limited technical support and sense of urgency.
All in all the tools have been VERY helpful. We are a new user to ahrefs and are using one of the paid subscription options. 1 week into using the tools, the site audit tool locked up when I tried to stop the audit. It has been locked up at 0 URLs crawled for 49 minutes so far. Tech support responded, "40 minutes is not that critical, I believe... please give it some more time if the crawl is not complete within the next several hours, let us know" So, I am done for the day analyzing our new web launch and SEO metrics.
