As this is the only media I could use to get a reply, I am here again. Please refund my purchase if I send an email to you, I get no reply. Which is horrible, customers don't have to leave a bad review before you reply. I need my order cancelled and refunded as I got information that 2 of the items I ordered are backorders. Please set expectations so customers can be aware. I just need a refund this time.
