I have been with Eden almost three years. Service with them is usually okay, but currently I am at a loss for words as to how bad getting a refill has been. Moving me from their old site Try Eden to their new Ap Eden Health has caused mix ups of prescription going on the old site then having to do check up refill more than once. I have messages and promises that it’s being expedited with their system while my request has been sitting for 4 days now. With all the other weight loss companies available you would think they would be on the ball with customer service and keeping clients happy. Can I go to another company of course, I’m just wanting to see how long it’s going to take for Eden to get their act together. Think they are spreading their wings a bit to far and forgetting about their clients and not the almighty dollar. Very disappointed with them.
