I AM A FORTUNATE ONE!!!!! I ordered my light back on 23rd April 2020 and after 3 months it arrived - YES it arrived. The only reason I have given a 2 star rating is the light is good quality and had some spare crystals to replace the ones damaged in transit. When you check tracking make sure you know your courier name and click on there icon before typing in the number you are given and then search by TRACK button. My order info only shown up 2 days before delivery that the package had arrived in the UK and was in their possession. Personally due to the service and forbid I needed to return the light for what ever reason or request a refund I believe would have met with the same fate I see other reviews to comments about their experiences with this company feeling scammed and ripped off. Personally I am pleased and satisfied with the product I received, but I would not be gambling on a second purchase. Such a shame LITFAD as you have a great website with cracking looking lights on display but your customer service is very poor. NO instructions or QUALITY assurance confirmation paperwork with the light for EU or UK standards, Just glad my Son is an electrician and tested my product.
