Absolute Con - Do Not Use
I added some items to my basket whilst browsing the site, to save me searching for them again if I wanted to purchase them. I then received an email saying "Thank you for your recent purchase, your order number is XXXXXXX . You can find your order processing information in 'My Account' > My Order. You can also go there to check or update your order. Please submit payment at your earliest convenience when the price is still low." As they had already processed the order, I was forced into paying for it. I have now received a Royal Mail Delivery Card, stating there is a further Customers Charge to pay. I am not willing to pay any more for the items, and as far as I am concerned they can be returned to dresslily! T's & C's and the returns policy are not easily located on the website and looking at the reviews below, it looks like refunds are not available on swimwear. How can you tell if something is going to fit unless you can try it on first? I do not know if I will get a refund from dresslily, but I am not prepared to throw good money after bad and pay the additional Customs Charge - Royal Mail can return the package to them undelivered.
