Omg!!
Omg!!! This company is awful!!!! I just order 2 backdrops and when I went through payment said is not possible to proceed, so I did it again...same message. After I check my bank account I saw they charged me for 2 orders instead of one, so I paid double, they I start to chat with Bella, she said that I will have my refund, and also an email having proof that i paid and they placed the order, but nothing happened. Then I tried to contact her again, nobody responses, there is no phone number, nobody answer, i have no email saying that I paid or with tracking number. Nothing. I don't know what the hell to to anymore, i am super upset. I don't know what to do anymore.
