there is no ability to complain on their website despite them saying you can. In order to try to return an item you need to download the app before you can access the order. The quality of the item is poor and nothing like the photographs. I believed my item was cotton however it was polycotton. I didn't like it in the end and wanted to return it. I did manage to find out that they don't refund their post or any import tax etc, and its down to me to post it from Uk back to Asia, which from experience in posting to Asia is not cheap. Overall this company is shameful in its customer service as well as the quality of the products buyer beware there is a reason there is no middleman - noone would use this company. Having just received their reply, I maintain that I wasn't able to access my order without downloading the app although I tried several times nor could I get to where or how to contact the customer services. Hence having to leave the review I did. Thank you for the reply and the refund I do appreciate the gesture. I can only suggest work is needed on the website to make the processes more transparent.
