9 Days of no Support
So, I've been sitting here, waiting over a week to receive any support, I haven't heard a single word back, and honestly? Its disappointing. I understand that times are difficult right now, and that the support lines are probably quite large, but after around a week of hearing nothing, its getting to be a bit much. I ordered a Max 2 and the sleeve for it, and received the sleeve in 2 days, however I haven't heard heads nor tails of my Max 2. Honestly disappointed. My partner, who I bought a Nora for, is going to receive their package before mine even ships, despite having ordered the Nora several days later than the original order. Their products are incredible, however the customer support is really lacking. Any kind of update would be excellent, but I have no clue when that will be. TL;DR Products are amazing, shipping is fast and discreet, products come nicely packaged, customer support is really lacking.
