Definitely scam company
Definitely scam company. I have order a battery for my HP pavillion laptop. Laptop still able to detect the battery on the first day but not working properly, after that it just went missing. Contacted the company but got the same reply as the above reviewer from Crystal. It says warranty for 1 year but i never got warranted even requested for it. Very frustrated by the service provided.
