exceeded expectations on ordered parcel but shipping charges ridiculously high
I ordered my wedding dress from them and i was sooo worried it wont be what i saw but fortunately the dress was amazing. the most beautiful simple dress iv ever seen am am extremely happy but the reason why i wont give them a five its because their shipping charges are ridiculously high. i kept on tracking my order and it arrived on time in the country but local customs kept in in holding for a week and no one was communicating with me i could just see status when i track it. i called UPS again and again when i finally got a hold of them i was told i need to pay for duty and tax. it would be better if someone had told me on top of the shipping charges i paid initially there could be more charges i would have to pay to receive my order. I mean i was in tears when i couldn't get my dress and the status didn't change even after paying. its really hard to be happy about receiving a parcel that costs less than its shipping charges.I am not sure if this is a norm.
