Great 3D Printers, great service, great people
Dealing with Qidi is a great experience. It is customer service and guaranteed satisfaction the way it should be. It doesn't matter what it is, I receive it in a couple of days, and I live in the centre of NSW. It was exactly the same for my Plus 4 printer, the Qidi Box and lately for Silicone wiper pads and PEI sheets. If you have a problem, contact them and they'll fall over backwards to help you. I seriously advise everyone that is interested in 3D printing to go to Qidi, you won't get better service anywhere. The only problem I have with them is, how do you pronounce Qidi?
