Please stay away from this company to save yourself the stress and money. After placing an order and paying for it they refused to fulfill it unless I provide photo of myself holding an proof of my order (I guess I would need to print it as it was digital order and no paperwork was send to me) and my Id card. After I complained I am not happy to provide all this they said they can’t process my order they can cancel it. Then the message came i will recive the money back within 24-72h but less cancelation fee 2,50 which I wasn’t happy about as well. Now 56h later still no money back and recieved the massage I need to provide all the bank details (refunds in Euro only I payed in sterling pounds) or paypal details but fees apply for refunds this way (they state is paypal charging for refunds). Not UK standards of the dealings with this company. And all this is done to protect me (that’s how they explained it). If any validation checks are needed they should be BEFORE the order is placed and payed for. And refunds should be in oryginal ammount/ currency to oryginal payment method to protect the customer whose account has been used (as I thought they belived me to be a fraudster I guess) not asking in email which bank to send the money back to. Also on the website trustpilot reviews are shown 4.49 which is false as well
