Ordered a pool from them shortly after ordering received a call from their customer service telling you that they're Freight delivery is going to leave irder at the top of my driveway and they will not bring it down to the garage the kid weights 485 lb they expect you to move a skid weighting 485 lb down your driveway without any equipment their answer take the skid apart at the top of the driveway and bring it down in pieces cuz it'll be several boxes the belly band alone is going to wait over 200 lb how is one person supposed to bring this down with no equipment they asked if I have a trailer or a pickup no I don't so I'm stuck with a skid with a pool on it at the very top of my driveway extremely poor customer service no option to have them deliver it they say it's a liability I will never order another item from pool supplies I'll help them with their liability issues
