Good idea about the free maps and such, but when the piece of garbage app does not let you assign the multiple esims to my family member without crashing, that's an issue I should not have to deal with. Also they did not send along the QR code with the invoice email this time (another FAILURE). Customer service does not answer, now I need to dispute the transaction with my credit card company for FAILURE to deliver service(from imcompetance). Us customers don't have time to deal with your technical issues. We need the service to WORK, if not we take our business directly to your competitors and tell 20x as many people about our BAD EXPERIENCE.
