Quality products and fantastic customer service
Second time buying a Caudabe Sheath and they've earned a customer for life. Had one on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and loved everything about it. Perfect fit, great protection, clean look. When I upgraded to the 17 Pro Max, I went straight back to Caudabe and ordered the same case in eucalyptus. Once it arrived I realized the color wasn't for me. I missed the gray I had on my old phone. Reached out about their exchange policy and got a response almost immediately. They sent a return label, told me to ship it back for a full refund, and to reorder the color I actually wanted. I did exactly that, the new case is perfect, and the refund came through without any issues. Great product, fair policy, and a team that actually responds. Highly recommend Caudabe to anyone looking for a quality iPhone case.
