I ordered a heater from this company…
I ordered a heater from this company and signed up for a membership solely to purchase this product. The order initially appeared to have shipped, but there was no tracking information provided. After waiting 15 days with no updates, I contacted customer service to find out what happened. I was then told that the order never actually shipped and that the item was no longer available, so they would issue a refund for the product. However, the membership fee was not refunded, even though I only joined to buy this item. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor communication, misleading order status, and very low customer care.
