Hindsight!
Well, what can I add to the other negative reviews regarding this 'wonderful' company! Like so many before me I wished that I had visited this website before putting my order in 11 days ago. I normally purchase through eBay but on this occasion I went 'off piste' and dealt with this company directly. Oh dear, hindsight is a wonderful thing! After failed attempts to ring and e-mail them I did have some 'success' in contacting someone using their 'live chat'. After a lot of 'ping pong' messaging I was given all manner of 'reasons' why my £45's worth of boxes had gone 'AWOL'. I received an update on what appeared to be on the dpd website that my parcel would now be delivered on Tuesday, 14th February! This would have been a bit encouraging if not for the fact we're a week on from St. Valentines day! Maybe they meant next year! So I now tread this well worn path in trying to get a refund (through Google Pay) for my 'no show' boxes. In closing I've bought a fair amount of goods on the 'tinter-web' but this is the first occasion it feels that I have been badly let down! Time will tell! Peter
