Excellent Customer Service
I have not bought a saber from this company yet. One thing I can say is that their customer service is extraordinary. They really try to answer your questions as well as they can. I asked to see all their customization options for all their sabers, and they emailed me just what I asked for. Edit 4 years later: I have bought from this seller once, but I have purchased their sabers secondhand twice. Really beautiful in person and amazing electronics quality and durability. Customer service is excellent even if sabers are purchased secondhand. Very affordable prices too! Buy buy buy!
