Terrible company
I booked a room months ago to be somewhere for a special event. A few weeks before the date I received an email saying there wasn’t a room available despite having had a confirmation at the time of booking. Now struggling to get my deposit back. When I contacted the hotel directly they said they hadn’t had a booking made by Agoda. Awful service. My advice - avoid the like the plague 😞
