I purchased 9 pairs of shoes - received 5 pairs still missing 4 pairs
I purchased 9 pairs of basketball shoes in March 2020, to date 6 have arrived within the 85 days timeframe due to COVID and US Riots.. I have no updates for the remaining 3 pairs of shoes which are from the same seller have updates as of 5/11 & 5/14 2020 the other pairs have not updated since. I would like to understand when I can expect my orders to arrive or start the refund process..I have never had a bad experience with DH Gate...
