not the same quality as before. after years of using the service and prefering it to any other due to the swift processing of orders, usually less than 5 minutes. today unfortunately, it has been five hours and counting, the order is still being processed. worse yet, offgamers team is replying to reviews written here but do not bother replying to the email i have written them. i only had two hours of free time today, and are totally wasted waiting. total disappointment Update: now 8 hours, the only thing i receive from them is a mail indicating they are merging my two tickets. so they have time to merge and delete tickets, but no time to solve them or address the real issues. Update 2: code delivered after almost 20 hours, this is not what "instant delivery" indicates. i will keep the low rating due to poor customer service and not replying to the tickets. however i will give 2 stars instead of one
