No update on shipping
I placed an order on 4/9 and the shipping tracking information/status has not been updated since 5/13. Prior to the 5/13 update there was no information provided to me. I’ve reached out to the seller six times and he tells me he doesn’t know how to track my shipping. I’ve NEVER had this issue before with a seller from DHGate. I just want to know where my order is and when I can expect it. I understand that COVID places a hold on shipping but the seller could at least provide an updated shipping status. Order#3194898823
