It is impossible to talk with them or get a reply to an email about order placed, yet they are quick to take your money from your account. You can sit on the line for half an hour easily - plus you have to pay for your call to their customer services to find out about your order!! This has happened so many times. Your order to very often delayed and its impossible to get information. Dreadful.
