Are they really that good?
Sanyipace was quick to respond to my problems when I cracked the lense on my camera. They replaced it free of charge, not even charging me for shipping on the replacement parts. I also broke the coil line trying to get into a tight corner of the sewer line I was scoping. When I told them that I was trying to get my house back on the market to sell, they immediately upgraded the shipping of the parts at no charge. Sanyipace is here for the long haul with their great quality, affordable pricing and after the sale service that simply cannot be topped. This is the type of service we should expect, but far too many times is lacking.
