I bought a Genuine leather Multi-slot Anti-theft wallet from you on 18/02/2020 vide your order confirmation number EC18183 and fully paid for the same using my credit card. 2. You confirmed the order on the same day and gave me the shipping information giving me a package tracking number RV344559998CN 3. I am very frustrated to mention here that I have NOT received the package as yet though MORE THAN THREE AND A HALF MONTHS HAVE ELAPSED since it was shipped. 4. I had been regularly tracking the package using the tracking number. It now appears that it is stuck at Zhengzhou , Import Customs Release since May 10, 2020 and the tracking status is shown as “EXPIRED” 5. Since you have failed to deliver me my ordered goods in time, I would now request you to kindly either refund me the money or send another fresh shipment of my ordered wallet using a more reliable courier service, 6.
