Order received within time frame & as pictured on website
I received my order within the time frame that was mentioned. The items came exactly as pictured. The quality of the clothes were decent for it's price except for one dress. The straps and bust area of the dress were poorly sewed. The bust area was lopsided and the waist area wasn't stitched smoothly. You can feel the part they sewed together. I requested to return the two items that I wasn't satisfied with and they offered 20% refund, plus I have to pay for shipping. Online shopping is no longer in the late 90's to early 2000's. Many online retail stores offer full refund no questions asked and most offers to pay for the return shipping. And all brick & mortar retail stores take the clothes back and fully refund you. Shopping clothes online shouldn't be any different especially when you can't try on the clothes. I do like the other shirt and dress I ordered, so I give it a three. Losing two stars for their refund & shipping policy. Update 6/25/2020: Responded to Rosegal's response requesting for an order number on 6/18/2020. Haven't heard back from them. Subtracting another star.
