Logistics issues
Relies on inter-Chinese carriers far too much which not just delays but outright derails your packages to the point where you will never receive them. Most likely you will end up having to do a credit card charge-back due to the service department not being willing to refund you until the order fails entirely, which can take months upon months. Unusable if you live in Europe. EDIT: They responded with what is essentially nonsense. This is directly from their website: "Packages are delivered in 5 - 24 days on average." It has been 29 days since I placed the order - I also checked directly with the direct delivery company (DHL) and they can not detect the order within my country. They have not received an update to the parcel in 3 weeks.
