APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Absolutely appalled at this company and do not recommend anyone to buy from here unless you are happy to lose your money!!! I bought two dresses both of which do not fit. I used the sizing chart but my body shape is in between sizes so when it arrived I needed the smaller size. I contacted dresslily explaining I would like to organise a return and was happy to accept the store credit to buy something different. I got an instant reply from them with return options. I replied back letting them know I wanted to have a full refund with store credit and I haven't heard anything since! I sent a few emails across asking for someone to get in touch with no response. I then contacted dresslily through facebook messenger and was told to wait 48 hours and if I had no response they would report it. We are now on 72 hours and I contacted them back through facebook and had no response there either! I now spent my money on two dresses that do not fit with no way of returning them or getting my money back! I have had a shocking customer service experience with this company. I am one very DISSATISFIED customer!
