BUYER BEWARE!!! I should have known this place was sketchy when my bank suspected my purchase to be fraudulent activity and called me to confirm I’d made the purchase. I placed my order on 5/14/20 and was notified it shipped on 5/18/20. I was given a tracking number to track the package on a site that looks completely bogus. Of course, package progress stopped updating on 5/27/20 and as far as I can tell it’s still on a plane or boat from China. The company web site says they’re based in Portland, but my bank statement says Singapore and package tracking says it’s coming from China. Shady! After waiting 4 weeks I contacted them. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me if I don’t receive my package they will either replace the item or refund me. I understand COVID is delaying shipping, so I gave it another week. No package, no tracking updates. So I told them I want a refund and now they aren’t responding. Same story as many others. I wish I’d looked up these reviews before buying. These people are thieving scammers!
