Overall, not trustworthy.
I ordered a set of wireless earbuds, but they did not show up, at least not on time. I fought and messaged the owner to get my full refund back. I thought for sure I got scammed. However, after well over a month, I got my full refund. Thank God! One thing that they can be sonewhat competent at! I am grateful for that, but I still hate the poor service that I received. I doubt I will ever trust 5ECONDS ever again.
