I am not one to write negative reviews (or any reviews for that matter), but after my experience with this company I felt I had to. I truly can’t describe how infuriating it is to work with this company. After placing my order, I received an Email stating that I would receive my tracking number with 7-10 business days. Guess what, no such Email occurs. I then proceeded to call the company. On the first call, they gave me a half-hearted excuse but said they would be shipping the transmission the next day. It did not. So, I call again and receive yet another assurance that they would be sending the transmission the next business day. They did not. A month later and I’m still in the same place. To make matters worse, they almost never actually answer the phone when I call and it’s impossible to leave them a message because their inbox is full from other unhappy customers. That being said, I don’t know why I bother because when they actually do pick up, they just lie. If you’re still wondering whether or not to make a purchase from them, I urge you to check out their BBB rating beforehand. I sure wish I had.
