The Laptop's DONT HAVE WARRATY AND NO PARTS BACK UP AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Laptop's /Computers are ok , But trust me if something goes rong , and IT will with Chuwi , There is no customer support , and I doubt any warrany, stay well clear , as they are designed to last about just over a year. Faulty Battries faulty screens , Connection cables break easly ,and absoutley no parts back up . Also a lot of software issues form very suspect coppies of WINDOWS , that Microsoft dont reconise . The old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH CHUWI FOR YEARS .
