Today I deleted my Zalora account…
Today I deleted my Zalora account because for the first time after countless purchases, they sent back my return and force me to keep what i didn't like. I've returned items without tags before and there hasn't been an issue. which helps because this is what online shopping is like, sometimes it takes time to realize the item is not suitable and by that time the tags are gone. it was still within1-2 weeks of purchase. They claimed they emailed me but I see nothing not even in junk mail and i was wondering why the refund was for the first time taking extremely long. This experience is awful and it does not make me want me to shop with you guys again. The comfort is gone. Keep my money and I'll delete my account. And shop elsewhere.
