Please don't use. Scam company
If I could do zero out of 5 I would. Ordered a mug that looked like a pile of books. Absolutely beautiful in the advert. A shoddy cheap imitation in reality. Tried to get a refund and they offered 10% off initially, then 20% as their final offer. This product was meant as a gift, it is so bad I'd be embarrassed to give it to anyone. I believe this company is a scam company and I hope people read this and don't take the risk.
