Justin was highly unprofessional, repeatedly using inappropriate language before hanging up on me multiple times. Brandon had to step in to assist with the process because of Justin’s disrespectful behavior. If you’re looking for poor service and a lack of professionalism, Justin is the person for that. His failure to handle tasks on time led to delays in our closing, and I was unfairly forced to pay a rate extension due to his lack of timely action.
