Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I have been trying for a month to resolve a simple issue with my order. I received the wrong size because the system selected it automatically, and I have repeatedly asked for a return label so I can return it and receive my correct size, L, without paying for return shipping. I have followed the refund instructions you sent me, but the process does not work. Please stop sending automated responses and actually resolve my issue. I need a return label and my correct size. This has already taken far too long.
