Not transparent about cost/effort of process
They are not transparent about the cost/process up front. There are issues with effectiveness of the Alignerco system and their process which result in additional impressions, fees, scans, etc. while the price is significantly lower than getting aligners through the orthodontist, my results are consistent with the savings. If you can’t afford aligners through an orthodontist or just want to try at risk, it might be worth trying just be prepared to get undesirable results with no money back. Also, don’t pay for retainers upfront because they will not fit at the end and you will need to pay for new ones. Resist these and the other attempts to upsell.
