Condescending Arrogance
After reading their manual, I still had a question about the Musescore software, which I even admitted was probably simple when I posted a help request on their Forum. Almost immediately I was met arrogant and condescending messages from four forum moderators. One chose to use capital letters to say I was wasting their time. Another used bold text to tell me to read the manual, which was already in my first post. I'm not a delicate person, but I also will not be confronted with this level of nastiness and anger. I cancelled my account. I've already sent messages to my colleagues in our music lessons class to warn them. AI may not always be right, but at least I don't have to put up with belittling, immature moderators. Everyone else, be careful everyone as you aren't going to have a positive customer experience.
