Amazing customer service
So I joined offgamers a couple of months ago. Only recently made two purchases. However both of them went into pending status after confirmed payment. This was quite inconvenient for me as a customer because now I am wary of buying from them again due to these issues. I however would commend the amazing customer service. They are quick to reply whenever there is an issue and they have been a great help to me since I joined. I have had issues with my email, and purchases. Any issues I have had were resolved within 24 hours.
