Impressed with everything.
The bike arrived with minimal shipping damage to the box, but the contents were perfectly packaged and protected. Assembly was a breeze. A special thanks for the lack of zip ties! I've received lots of follow up links. I would have preferred to get an assembly / unboxing video at the time of order. Mine came several days after it was delivered. The bike is impressive. Another surprise was that I'd purchased a package with lots of accessories. They were all preinstalled! Great job from Lectric all around.
