Hotel booking has wrong dates
Hotel booking has wrong dates. I advised AGODA as soon as I found out and as I was travelling arrived at hotel. Hotel was happy to change dates if AGODA confirmed so they could ensure payment. AGODA said I needed to allow their booking intermediary 12 hours to determine request so no room for that night. AGODA offered several excuses before cancelling non refundable booking and declining a refund. I made a fresh booking with Expedia for correct dates and now need to try to get a refund.
