Run away, run away!!
Avoid these knuckleheads at all costs. I sign up for their service 2 months ago. The first order arrived a day late and all of the meat was thawed out, but below 40 degrees. Second order arrived a day late and all of the meat was thawed out and every cut was 60 degrees plus (they sent a replacement right away which arrived still frozen). Third order arrived on time, but again was complete thawed and the meat was all above 60 degrees (they sent out a replacement). Fourth order arrived on time still frozen. I called after my third purchase to make arrangements to get my Blackstone griddle and they told me that I didn't sign up for that promotion and they were unwilling to honor the agreement. The quality of the meat was okay (not the superb that they advertise; however their Steelhead Trout was amazing, but the Porterhouse steak was 1/2" thick), but their customer service SUCKS. When using their CHAT feature, every single response took more than 5 minutes to respond (including just saying hello at the beginning of the chat!). I could not even get into my account dashboard to change my order. Their website is anything but user friendly. I would highly NOT recommend this company under any circumstances. You should look elsewhere.
