Worse customer service ever, hopeless!
Hi, my mini Pc Zotac X Box Series Magnus EN52060V has been broken, I don't think it is under warranty as been bought second-hand (used) but I would like to pay for the service to repair it. The customer service doesn't want to provide any repair service as is not under warranty anymore, they don't want to repair the PC even when I said I'm happy to pay for the service. The person from customer support told me it is not under warranty you can put it into a skip (the PC cost over £1000), when I ask about spiking the manager, they just put the phone down! Worse customer service ever, hopeless!
