This is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I returned my order 23rd May 2024 and have a receipt for the retuen. As yet I am still waiting for my refund even though their return policy states that a refund will be processed 7-10 days. Obviously Rosewe dont adhere to this. I have had several online chats and all the agent could do was repeat what has already been said regarding my refund. I would advise anyone thinking of using Rosewe to think again as it is proving so difficult to obtain a refund from them Extremely poor customer service and if there were a minus0 I would defintiley scor them at this rate,
