Booked a 3 night stay in Antalya…
Booked a 3 night stay in Antalya through this company, on arriving at the hotel after a flight delay there was no room for me, left stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. Obviously complained and they refunded me my money the next day. Tried to sort out some compensation with them for all the troubles they put me through, extra costs of replacement hotel, taxi fares etc and they didn’t want to know. Wouldn’t use these clowns again, very poor company, avoid! Like to answer to the reply.. Absolute tosh! I paid and booked a room, the hotel said they never received confirmation, had nothing to do with the delay. Wowotrip blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Wowtrip.. In all it was a terrible experience and I would advise people not to use Wowtrip, awful company full of excuses.
